Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3 business days.. During busy periods, your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive. We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Returns

If you are not happy with an item you have purchased from us, we will accept returns provided that:

• The return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase
• The goods have not been used
• The goods are returned in their original packaging

You will be offered a choice of the below:

• Replacement - replacement item(s), subject to availability
• Refund - to your original payment method (less initial and return shipping fees for change of mind)

All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or faulty goods. Goods must be returned via their original channel of purchase.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and wish to exchange or return your goods, please complete our Return Request form within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details to receive an online store credit or refund, less initial and return shipping fees.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please complete our Return Request form within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details to receive a replacement, online store credit or full refund.
