Returns Policy
Due to the ongoing situation around COVID-19, new restrictions being introduced in Melbourne where our warehouse is located and the announcement that Australia Post will now be operating at a reduced capacity, your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive.
At present we are endeavouring to dispatch all orders within 3 business days.
We appreciate your continued support and patience in this period.
If you are not happy with an item you have purchased from us, we will accept returns provided that: the return is made within 30 days from the date of purchase; the goods have not been used; the goods are returned in their original packaging.
You will be offered a choice of the below:
- Replacement - replacement item(s), subject to availability
- Refund - to your original payment method (less initial and return shipping fees for change of mind)
All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase; any refunds are processed to the original payment method; shipping charges are non-refundable with the exception of damaged or faulty goods, and; goods must be returned via their channel of purchase.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind and wish to exchange or refund your goods, please fill out our Return Request form within 30 days of receiving the item(s) with you order number and details for an online store credit or refund less initial and return shipping fees.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please fill out our returns request form within 30 days of receiving the item with you order number and details for a replacement, online store credit, or full refund.
